Students, Be ready for College and Beyond!
Preparing for college is an exciting and somewhat scary time for both students and parents. At CJCU, we want you to know that we are here to help! Our goal is to give you the best financial advice and the best possible options to fund your college experience. That is why we have partnered with Sallie Mae to offer the The Smart Option Student Loan.
Private Loans are a great resource to fill in the gaps left after Scholarships, Grants and Federal Loans. You should always secure as much of those types of funding as possible before taking out additional loans. (Part-time jobs and internships are also a good source of income, and look great on your resume!)
The Smart Option Student Loan offers low interest rates and 3 repayment options to best serve your situation. If you need to add a co-signer, like a Parent, you also have the option to remove them after you graduate and meet certain conditions. It only takes about 15 minutes to Apply and you will need your basic personal information, school information, and the amount you are applying for.
That’s why we’re here! Whether you need to budget for college life, start your savings plan early, or manage your loan repayment, come talk to us! We can set you up with resources and advice to keep you from becoming one of the thousands of Americans who fall behind on their student loan repayments.
