The Staff are community members, so you can rest assured your best interests are being considered. It was members who requested innovative services and allowed us to be the FIRST local credit union to offer a Mobile Banking App, Mobile Check Deposit, and an ATM which accepts Cash & Checks. We work diligently to provide new services and products that you want and need!
Membership is open to those who live, work, worship, perform volunteer services, attend school, and businesses throughout the Corry Area School District. This consists of the city of Corry, boroughs of Spartansburg and Elgin, and townships of Columbus, Concord, Wayne, Spring Creek and Sparta.
It’s easy to become a member. All you need is a minimum deposit in your regular share account of $5.00, along with the required documentation:
- Social Security Number or Tax ID No.
- Valid Photo ID (Secondary IDs accepted in certain situations)
- Proof of address
- Telephone number
Once you sign up, you gain the confidence that your money is secure with the backing of the Federal Government, through the agency of the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). Your funds are insured through the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund (NCUSIF), and your share savings are insured up to $250,000 per Social Security Number for non-IRA accounts, and up to $250,000 for IRA (Individual Retirement Account) accounts.

Fill out the form, sign and e-mail back with a copy of your IDs. Applications can be sent to CJCU@mycjcu.org. You will receive your Membership card and disclosures in the mail.
All required disclosures will be given to you when your account is opened.
